| 783121 | 2009-06-18 04:29:00 | Hi Guys This issue is on one of our office computers. Running XP Home. One of my colleagues opened outlook 2003 only to find all her addresses have disappeared. It seems the computer crashed before this happened and was restarted. Anyone got any ideas??? Thanks Rob |

| 783125 | 2009-06-18 08:35:00 | Once you get it sorted you should do daily backups of the Email / pst file - I have installed on all the computers that use Outlook MS's Free Backup Plugin (www.microsoft.com) - once installed you go to file / Backup, you can set it to back up at a time that suits, and to any location, either on the PC, or another PC / Server / Backup device. | wainuitech (129) | ||
| 783126 | 2009-06-20 05:38:00 | Thanks Wainui Have done mine but it seems my colleagues data has gone. Oh well! I will download the file for her and set it to backup each day so she doesn't have this problem again. Thanks again |
