| 1440217 | 2017-10-05 01:53:00 | Can anyone tell me which courier AliExpress uses to deliver in NZ. First time I've used them. Got a email advising package had arrived in destination country. Then another saying package delivery failed. Tracking information gave me Attempted/Failed Delivery (Country code: NZ) 2017-10-05 08:12:00*[GMT+8] I need to know who to call. The AliExpress website says 1 Oct to 8 Oct national holiday in China |

The last lot of things I ordered are still awaiting shipping, but that also says China Post Registered Air Mail. See what the site says, top right - under your account / My Orders - On the right next to the Order - Track Order. 8324 |

Usually NZpost try this website to track www.17track.net also try NZPosts tracking site , although not all international tracking will show at NZ tracking websites Posties and couriers can be slck with card to call, may not have bothered to leave one, or left it somewhere it gets blown away (eg cardtocall left by the front door) |

Post haste is not NZ post. Part of Mainfreight. NZPost has NZPost, and Courierpost. Anything from overseas actual post, comes via NZPost deliveries, not Courierpost and not any of the 3rd party couriers. |

That's why I said from memory - I get different couriers here all the time, last item I got from Ali was in May, so cant remember which it came. I HAVE had overseas delivered by Courier post, only last weekend to be exact. Today alone I've had 3 different courier companies deliver. Just put through another order so we'll see who delivers in a few weeks :) |

It's really amusing when something that cost like $1 or even nothing to ship from AliExpress gets delivered by a Courier on a Saturday morning. Don't really understand who pays for that haha. |
