There is a 3rd system, Fat Dog64 which is not shown. How do I include FatDog in the menu list?

You don't, editing menu.lst is no longer supported.
Open the terminal, type in
sudo update-grub
press enter
input your password
press enter

it will detect all available OS and add them to the boot menu (at least it should, all going well)

1439735 2017-09-26 00:46:00 My answer to your previous thread should also pick up the Fat Dog64 install: run "sudo update-grub" in the terminal.

If that doesn't work it may require something extra to get grub to 'see' the Fat Dog install.
