| 1439265 | 2017-09-18 02:21:00 | I have this dell 390 running windows 7 with two hardrive one is a 80gb WD and the other is a Samsung 500gb. It's in in a raid1 mirror configuration. The WD is degraded and I want to rip that out and just run on one hard drive the Samsung 500gb. I have attempted to remove the WD degraded drive and turned it of in bios but it won't boot from the remianing drive it just keeps going back to the black screen saying press f1 to continue which sends it round again or f2 to setup. What am I missing | Stecka (17572) | ||

Put it back in, use Win backup to make an image , remove drive & use image to restore Hope like hell that works was the RAID setup in Win, or setup from the raid controller? try, remove the WD, then swap the SATA cables (ie plug samsung into port WD was using) |
