I have ddevelpoed a problem with Incoming Emails. I cannot print them, I used to be able to. W10 & Outlook com.When I go thro the Print process it brings up a page to fill in & fax. Have I ticked a box I shouldnt have Thanks. PJ

I have looked at printer settings, Epson WF-3640 (fax), on the printer & cannot see where to stop fax. Looked at Printer on the laptop W10, & couldnt see ought there either. Whar should I be looking for/to do. It is set as Default. PJ

Use the Windows Snipping Tool.

Did that as far as Lect click your printer & click. Did NOT get Manaage & click default. PJ

Use the Windows Snipping Tool.

OK I found the Snipping Tool & drawn a red line round the box. There are no further instructions as to what to do next. PJ
