I have an HP Pavilion 17-g121wm Notebook PC P, approx 18 month old and had the odd problems.Last time I emailed my computer guy and he said remove the battery and ho;d power button for a while. I turned it over and can see no battery. Any Ideas, please? Thanks, |

Its the usual IT generic answer of "turn it off and back on again" If its a non removable batt, then just hold down power key for 5-10 secs |

Had a look underside and nothing there, but a few holes on side, but no idea what they are and paperclip might stuff it totally. |
