1439806 2017-10-05 23:15:00 a link pointing to an OBVIOUSLY biased group.

its the usual all scientists agree claim, then most scientist agree claim, then the .....

Scientists, being human, are prone to the same biases and external pressures as the rest of us. Just look at the history of science to see how reluctant
scientists can be to consider theories that go against the norm.

It also references every study that it used - you're more than welcome to read them.
There is nothing to do with a slippery slope here - it is the simple truth. There is a scientific consensus on these issues, and that will be changed by uneducated tw*ts claiming otherwise.

And this is how the consensus is arrived at.

I'll break this down into how I think replies should be given, and what I really want to say . You should be able to figure out which is which .

Reply 1:

Climategate has been well and truly debunked - . wikipedia . org/wiki/Climatic_Research_Unit_email_controversy#Inquiries" target="_blank">en . wikipedia . org _and_reports (Yes, it's Wikipedia, but it's an exceptionally well referenced page . Feel free to read the references . ) .

You seem to heavily use 'gotcha' emails, with no context, and without doing any research on them, their context, and the conclusion around them . I had a look at the last one you posted, and, surprise surprise, there's nothing to it . I'd suggest you probably didn't do so - your 'gotcha' moments are always complete rubbish . As an aside, a single email without context means absolutely nothing, and I suspect you know it .

The scientific consensus is not based around petitions - that's not how science works . I won't explain how it's formed, I linked to an article explaining it . Feel free to read the article, and then read the studies .

Reply 2:

You dumb, dumb, f*ck . You're stubborn, stupid, and totally ignorant on the subject you're trying to talk about . The sooner you're not around here, the better .

1439810 2017-10-06 03:22:00 Actually, this business of Climate Change was very well documented over four thousands of years ago in an indisputable reference book.

Professor Noah, a legendary Climatologist, Boat Builder and Farmer, had just 7 days to build an Ark in which he placed two of every animal and cruised around for 150 days before running aground on Mount Ararat.

And for you sceptics and deniers I’ll have you know that the event is not only documented in the Bible, but in the Quran as well.

Clearly, someone hadn’t paid their Carbon Tax even back then, an absolute disgrace.

And if you don’t believe me here’s a picture.

Goodness me Dave, I do hope you are not questioning both the Bible and Quran?

“Infidel”.

1439813 2017-10-06 04:53:00 Question them? I utterly refute them both and all other superstitions. KarameaDave (15222)

Ohhh, I think you’re taking a risk Dave.

There are a lot more Christians and Muslims than members of the Church of Climatology faith.

Frankly, I can see your head on a post outside Tim Shadbolt’s office if you don’t mend your ways. :D

Leaving the argument either way aside, comments like yours don't help your case at all Nick. Could I suggest you leave the personal subjective comments out of it, you may help your cause better.
