It seems that was not the case and there is not much a Court can do if the suspect insists he’s guilty. He was the Author of his own fate, so I’m dammed if I can see how he’s entitled to any compensation. What we are getting here from Little is “Looney-Left Wing-Losers-Logic” which scares the hell out of me. |

Any compensation -- that's playing by the "rules", exploit them if they are there. NOT saying its right, but many people exploit rules to suit them selves. |

It all needs to go into a trust & be managed for him cant have it both ways, if he has a mental age of 10, he & his activities & money must be managed from here on . |

These days the majority of those employed have to undergo a Drug Test prior to employment and randomly thereafter. That’s fine, the Government then takes Taxes from these workers and gives it to the lazy layabout bludgers, who in turn sit at home doing drugs.
