This internal oil company document was dated June 26 2017 - before the pipeline entered our awareness - and warned of 95 octane shortages up to December ... 8309 And the internal politics ensure the major petrol retailers are assured of uninterrupted supply of 95 octane. If you're a one man band? Tough. |
