| 1439341 | 2017-09-19 06:10:00 | Due to Vodafone's ineptitude, I am having to transfer my email accounts over to Gmail. Previously I checked my email accounts using MailWasherPro 7.11 before downloading them to my PC using Thunderbird 52.3.0 I have redirected all my incoming emails to Gmail as requested by Vodafone, but for the life of me, I cannot get MWP to access my Gmail account. What am I doing wrong? I have moved over to Chrome. |

| 1439342 | 2017-09-19 10:27:00 | Had the same problem when setting up Outlook.com so Gmail may be similar :confused: Open Mailwasher - Settings Tab / Accounts. 8284 Highlight your account from the list - Then on the Tabs, theres an ADVANCED dropdown option - open them ( check all 3 tabs) and check its set to IMAP, as well as the security settings / port numbers. Once this was done mine worked fine. 8285 On the SMTP tab it also needed Authentication port 587 and Secure connection set to TLS ( think it is) |
