| 784371 | 2009-06-21 21:12:00 | How exactly do the hard drives fail?? What are the symptoms? Have you gone back to the shop - all these parts would have been still under warranty so you shouldn't be buying new ones all the time. What brand is this power supply? |

At first reading the post I would say its either something in the Case that's shorting to cause the "failures" or you have an outside power Problem, Eg: Power surges / Spikes, dirty power. What sort of power protection do you have, either surge protectors or UPS ? |

| 784374 | 2009-06-21 22:02:00 | 600W ought to be fine for your setup . It is pretty hard fixing the non-starting problem remotely - there just isn't a magic wand . It seems as if your mobo is not happy so doesn't send a power-good signal to the PSU so it can start up . In all honesty, I recommend you get some professional hands-on help as the consequences of a dodgy power issue could be high . But, to clarify, was the new mobo etc running with the old PSU before you changed to the new PSU? |
