This has downloaded on my computer - looks sinister - how do I get rid of it - AVG did not pick it up. Running Vista Basic

784326 2009-06-21 08:47:00 Install a better AV program, use ccleaner and remove the temp files etc. Install malwarebytes update it, then scan. See if that'll remove it Speedy Gonzales (78)
784327 2009-06-21 09:33:00 Thanks Speedy - this trojan did not let me open website pages - did a system restore and appear to be up and running again - will download Malwarebytes and give that a go. This seems like a nasty trojan - don't really know how it turned up on the computer but fingers crossed the system restore has fixed it.

Blasphemy. AVG detects everything... lol cuz i said so... i dont wanna install multiple av's lol.

AVG sucks. Detection rate is rubbish!

I hope you're joking because AVG is about as bad as Norton. You dont need multiple AV's, just one- either Avast or NOD32.
