DVD's definitely look better, but that could just be the tv. As I said not being able to watch them side by side(the same movie). Don't get me wrong the blu ray disc looked great. And yes it upscales to 1080p? |

I had been researching the whole BR/HD-dvd for a couple of months. My choice was never based on what gaming console to go with, more of a what format was going to win would determine the console I buy. |

No. Rumored that MS will release a blue-ray addon (They already have a HD DVD addon) for the 360. If so, there will then be no need to buy a console with what? 3 exclusive games and a total number of games that I could count on both hands. That is, if you want a console as well. Because no doubt blue-ray dvd players will be big bucks. |
