Call "Jimmy" and tell him he is a ******, and to send you your goods, assuming they are all under warranty, and you have proof of purchase, and it wasn't something obviously stupid that you did to kill them... What are you attempting to RMA even? Perhaps give us a bit more background? Edit - Not too much though. |

Deal with them all the time - they almost fall over backwards to help you if you have a problem ???:confused: They are whole sale, meaning they don't generally sell to the public - you have to open a company account. If you work for a Computer company get them to apply for an account, if you run your own business - the same thing. |
