| 632496 | 2008-01-22 01:03:00 | I used to buy from Zcom all the time and they were great. I RMAd a few things before and never had any problems. The best part was being able to order something at 4.30pm and have it arrive at 8am the next day. They're certainly not perfect though, but honestly my advice is if you're not in the business of selling PCs, don't buy from them. They're not a consumer oriented company and you'd have better results diagnosing a problem yourself and returning a faulty part, not a whole PC. |
