Then there is the RMA and a two year delay while various people push their agenda(s) If it is a native tree at that height do not expect this to happen in your lifetime. You must be joking. In the whole of Wellington the wouldn't be more than 100 trees specifically protected by the Council. The Hutt Valley is similar. An arborist that I've discussed this with recently doesn't have much trouble with this issue when trees that were planted in the wrong place originally have to be removed. |
