786210 2009-06-27 04:25:00 Hi,
Before my hard drive died,I had a really great and small utility which would 'unpack' a MP3 album, spliting it into individual tracks.I would love to download it again,if only I could remmber the name of it.

The unpacker was free but the packing programme was shareware and had to be paid for.Hopefully someone will recognise what I'm looking for.

The splitter had the word 'Peace' displayed after it had split the tracks.

Please help!

cheers

786211 2009-06-27 06:30:00 Try some free simple MP3 splitters in the mean time, but they generally require a bit of manual input. Check my MP3 blog in my sig below for the post on Free MP3 editors (mp3freesoftware.blogspot.com) (and basic splitters).

Another site mp3 converter may have the software you had...

786213 2009-06-27 08:00:00 Audacity will do it but you need to sit and split the tracks manually BTW. Sweep (90)
