Before the kids start school will they have to go to a doctor or psychologist to assess them and then they get a certificate saying they pass or what? It's the fine print in the Sue Bradford bill Can't smack kids. But, anything anti-social, it's off to the vet with them. Just like dogs and horses, makes 'em more docile and ensures they won't breed. |

People like John Key show its not the enviroment, its in the genes and some in the parenting. Another thing about bad ass kids is they lead other kids to do bad things so if they can be identified it might be possible to keep the good kids awy from them. C1 |
