boring work, pc, camera checks, signal checks, panels, sitting down work.

634136 2008-01-26 08:20:00 1) Make sure your eyes get plenty of light stimulation
2) Moving around or exercising certainly helps
3) Naps may help, depending on how long you take them

Cheers :)

634137 2008-01-26 08:43:00 Hmm, I am fairly sure naps aren't on the list of approved workspace practises. ;)

Just consider that while you sleep the IRD can deduct as much of your salary as they are comfortable with. That is a game that should keep you engrossed.
Or if you like, ponder on the thought that while you nap somebody may sneak WMG in as your new workmate. If that doesn't work, you come under the category covered by the film "They shoot horses don't they?" and you are a goner.

MA - aka Meth will keep you awake, well awake in fact. Although I'm not going to recommend it.

You could try No Dose tablets, they work.
