Kids who start disrespecting others' properties and tag on them have no respect for human beings and have little or no morality. When they grow up chances are they're going to turn up like the rubbish their parents are or raised them to be.

A person deserves to die because they have vandalised property?

I wonder how much respect for human beings you have to make such a statement? How well developed are your morals if you actually believe it?

It all starts from vandalising properties.

Exterminate - Exterminate - Exterminate

Seriously, they need a good public flogging and shaming.

But there are some out there that are good (not the mindless scribble). If they could take the obvious talent that they have and put it to good use somewhere else, I feel certain that their ability with a spray can would be appreciated.

Could they not put their artistry on a dingy old wall with the blessing of the wall's owner? It would clean up the wall (as long as it was made clear the owner was agreeable) and could also show all in general that they do not belong to the tagging mentality who scribble meaningless (too most) symbols on anything and everything - moving or not. (Have you seen Auckland's travelling graffiti? The suburban trains look as though they have been recently imported from Melbourne where train graffiti is endemic.)

For the rest? I see nothing wrong with the removal of a finger for each offence. You need fingers to hold a spray can. Harsh but effective.
