638256 2008-02-07 07:51:00 Anyone seen the NZ post ads on tv lately labeled Send and you shall Receive?

I won't go into what they're about, but all of them (2 I think) have been very well done imo.

Anyone else seen them / agree?

638257 2008-02-07 08:02:00 Yeah Seen them - I think they are well done.

Its the old story - do nothing and you may regret it one day - stay in contact / don't let the past ruin the future.

OH Man - just editing and saw Jen's reply - thats the one that actually brought home some memories for me.

638258 2008-02-07 08:04:00 The one about the new father sending a photo of his baby to his estranged father and them making contact again is very touching.

(pretty sure that is one of the ads)

638261 2008-02-07 09:55:00 Are the commercials good enough to watch TV for? Last time I looked, they weren't enough to outweigh the programs.
Still, it had/has to happen sometime.

638262 2008-02-07 10:09:00 Yeah, they are rather well made and have good themes. Quite a pleasure to watch actually. Can't believe we're praising Ad's  beeswax34 (63)

Do you want to send them a letter informing them that era is over or should I just email them?

The little girl who sends the letter to his busy dad.

The lady who left her wallet in a bar and some random guy posts it back to her.

And the first time dad who got reunited with his estranged father.
