| 788113 | 2009-07-02 06:03:00 | People like to see Flash / DHTML Menus & the like these days. Problem is that the search engines could find it difficult to follow them. I have some ideas:- 1) Place a complete set of text links at the bottom of the Home Page. These could also be used by 'Browser challenged' viewers. or 2) Place a text link on the Home page to an alternative Home page sporting old fashioned text links in the form of a tree in categories. I intend to use DHTML drop menus made in Coffee Cup Menu Maker. Any ideas would be welcome. |

| 788115 | 2009-07-02 07:11:00 | I know search engines can also have difficulty indexing some flash scripts but it can be overcome with submitting a rss feed scripted site map; Had to do that for some of my blogs. More difficult if numerous images are with the script codes, hence important to add keyword text to the image alt attributes, since Google cannot easily read images - but the text within the alt attribute. | kahawai chaser (3545) | ||
