I am experiencing a strange problem using Outlook where my emails are being CC'd to the same group of 5 individuals and I only discover this once the email has been sent and the names then appear on the sent email. The 5 were originally part of a group but this has been removed and yet they still get messages CC'd to them. Is this possibly virus behaviour? Any other ideas? |

They were part of a group - does this happen to emails sent to that group? |

One of the intended recipients was a member of that group and somehow others keep being included. But this does not appear prior to sending out the email. The group has since been removed altogether. |

Make sure you don't have a rule set up... it's possible to apply a rule to automatically CC certain people when you send mails.
In Outlook 2007 it's under Tools > Rules and Alerts |
