I'm one of the few males around who is completely under SWMBO's thumb (or so I let her believe), owns up to it and it works, I tell you. No more frickin' big fights, peace and quiet all the time, and all you need to say is "Yes dear". Have been like this for the last 20 odd years. Of course, the making up after a fight has its merits but ........

These fishies of mine like the classical style more than pop/rock or so it seems. Must say probably they copy their owner. LOL

You're right. "Yes dear, yes dear, yes dear," is automatic around here.

Sounds as though you have brought these fishies up the correct way. Good to hear. Nothing like fishies with cultivated tastes.;)

639993 2008-02-15 00:26:00 And what will the noise, vibration etc . do for the residents?

Not to mention the propellor buzzing away in the tank 24/7 . . . . :stare: :p

I'm told also that I can look if I like, but she says, of the sweet young things that I look at, that I most probably could not handle it . I've said that I don't mind giving it a try, but she just laughs .

How do you feel knowing that other old farts might look at your "sweet young thing", ie your daughter, with similar thoughts? ;)

I'm very proud of both my good looking daughters and both come in that category. I have no worries about anyone looking at my daughters in that way (and I'm certain many do) perfectly natural and in most cases harmless.

They live in the real world and are very aware of how men think. Don't make the distinction "old fart" because it matters not what your age might be. A "sweet young thing" looks good to all ages. Never tire looking. Great sport!;)

I'm not so sure you should admit to that... :illogical

Why such mirth? You think I should be worried? I can't control what anyone thinks. Or do you think that looking at sweet young things with lecherous thoughts is only for the young? If there were no such thoughts then the human race would have died out long ago. It's built in to all of us. Because us human beans can reason we learn how to control our urges, but what you think can hurt no-one.

Wonder how Sarel's cultivated guppies are enjoying Beethoven? Or do you think guppies might prefer Mahler?

Sounds great! If they think Mahler a bit too much you might try Beethoven, because as I understand it, Mahler based much of his music on Beethoven's ideas.

Because you are at least honest enough to admit that you are a typical male . I don't know any who don't consider it to be a "great sport" .
