639521 2008-02-12 03:32:00 So true Marty,I suggest we all join you and subscribe to the Daily Worker.
So pleasant to see such lack of bias.

I checked the story and...... amazingly it seems not to be true.
Fancy that.

Still, never let the truth get in the way of a good rant.

As for the Daily Worker, do you mean the US paper that ceased publication in the 1950's or the British one that became the Morning Star in 1966?

639522 2008-02-12 03:37:00 Why do you think it's called Hellengrad?

639523 2008-02-12 03:57:00 Lack of Justice in so far as the Privy Council is no longer available.
No Airforce.
No Tax cuts even while there appears to be a rather large surplus over spending. Either the Govt does the tax cut or uses the surplus on spending for Education, Health and Police.

I don't really see why we should rely on a justice system in a country so far away. The supreme court will have more relevance to NZers in a way that I can't see happening in the UK. Just one step closer to a republic.
And why on earth would we want an airforce? Our military is mostly aid based, so a strike wing makes next to no sense, especially economically.

You're spot on with the next lot though, either use it or give it back I say, no point sitting on it. It should be interesting watching John Key struggling to detangle himself from the fence he's impaled himself on. :)

639524 2008-02-12 04:08:00 .................Last election I voted NZFirst as I wanted Win Peters to get back. I also wanted Mark Burton to get out................

The issue I have is that we have an MMP system and while I think that should continue we also have Nandor Tancos, Sue Bradford, Keith Locke and etc...........

And we still have Winston Peters.

You can't pick and choose re.MMP.

639525 2008-02-12 04:10:00 I thought Nandor had resigned? Something about doing better work in the community. Thebananamonkey (7741)

Care to be more specific?

Otherwise you are being very sloppy with your snide remarks.
