| 789991 | 2009-07-08 09:44:00 | Have a photo that i dragged onto the desktop from My Pictures to send in an email. Somehow has ended up corrupted, doesn't open and when i try to delete get this message: Cannot delete DSC03046. Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use. Have been into properties but just nothing works. HELP! PS: have also put computer into SAfe Mode and tried to delete but no good either. |

| 789992 | 2009-07-08 09:54:00 | Welcome to PF1:) Firstly, Perform a chkdsk: Windows+R>chkdsk C: /f IF it says the drive is in use and asks to do it on next restart type Y and hit enter then reboot. If that doesn't work then it could possibly be an ownership issue, follow the instructions in this article to take ownership of it. support.microsoft.com Then try this if all else fails: www.softpedia.com Blam |

| 789994 | 2009-07-09 06:47:00 | Why not give Unlocker a try? That program will unlock a file that is in use (well, I haven't used it as my computer never locks up files, although my school one does and lock up my documents and I have to duplicate it to keep working). Try this download.cnet.com download from CNET (formerly download.com) p.s. Huh? I thought it was compatible with Vista as well? |
