2009-07-13 18:20:00 | I have 2 entries in the etc folder for moduals how do I delete one and be sure it is the right one. | kjaada (253) | |
2009-07-13 18:52:00 | What are they named? It's not possible to have two entries with the same name in the same directory, so there will be at least one difference. | Erayd (23) | |
2009-07-13 19:19:00 | Thanks for that. They do both have one letter different so if I want to edit I just have to get the right one. | kjaada (253) | |
2009-07-13 19:27:00 | Unless you manually created one of those files yourself, I wouldn't be so keen on deleting one. Are you trying to edit (in /etc/modules.conf) what modules are loading at boot time?

2009-07-13 19:53:00 | I must have created the module by a spelling error. I am going to load ndiswrapper. There are no other modules in the entry so should the new line go before or after the loop ? Or should I add the line to "modules.conf"?

2009-07-13 21:45:00 | Before we move too far ahead... what exactly are you trying to do? Clean up /etc/ folder? Get ndiswrapper working from boot? Set up wifi?? More info please :)
