791280 2009-07-13 08:52:00 How can I do a video call between two home Laptop's over Local Network without using the Internet connection (no MSM, Skype, Yahoo, etc)?
One Laptop use Windows XP Home Edition and the other use Vista Home Premium.

Click Start --> Run --> conf.exe

Enter the IP address of one into the other, and you're away laughing :)
