644315 2008-03-02 05:27:00 Hmmm...seemingly spontaneous insertions of Apple marketing dribble.....What other member of the apple fan club couldn't stop himself from doing exactly that.

Actually just a reply to Digby's comment about the song in the MBA advert entitled New Soul by Yael Naim - the one I posted is the next advert and accompanying song.

If you don't like it don't click on it or if you can't say anything positive - stay silent.

If it is WMG he won't be able to keep the flood gates closed for long.

644320 2008-03-02 10:52:00 Actually the EeePC can take quite a bit of torture:
www.dailymotion.com

The EeePC runs at 800x480 (Widescreen), so most pages seem to work quite well, although occasionally for the larger sites things look better if you just hit F11 for full-screen browsing.

I thought the screen size would be an issue, but its not, Id rather it be smaller for greater portability TBH :)

Each to their own though...

Side-note, even this has more USB ports than the MacAir: www.reghardware.co.uk

644322 2008-03-02 11:37:00 Well, if you drop an EEEPC, you risk damaging something useful. With a mcair, you have nothing to lose.

except for enough money to buy 5 EEEPCs:thumbs:

New Soul by Yael Naim

She is an Israeli living in Paris.

here is the latest advert for the iTouch from YouTube.
www.youtube.com

whoa, now if it wasn't for the relevance to the joke about the music making the ad/product seem good, you'd be getting some serious flaming right now... even more than you've already received:o

Small, hi-res screens are sweet. What's the Eee PC's native at the moment? 800x600?

really needs to be bigger for that sake of browsing, but of course needs to stay dirt cheap...

will be interesting to see what the next one is like
