Using Kauri is however not very green, as it is a unsustainable timber. www.nzherald.co.nz We can not plant a Kauri tree! May I ask why not? |

The Kauri that is used in building an furniture is hundreds of years old. Sustainable timber has to be fast growing and be able to replace itself, hence the word sustainable. |
