644848 2008-03-01 12:48:00 Ive tried it a few times, liked it...

Also used ReactOS Explorer one one or two boxes as a last-ditch effort to save them when the standard Windows explorer has gone belly-up :p

644849 2008-03-01 20:26:00 7zip is also a good temporary alternative to explorer - believe it or not, it actually contains a complete replacement for explorer (although not the DE side of things). Erayd (23)
644850 2008-03-04 01:54:00 Finally got a chance to have a play with it. Looks great as an alternative to forking out heaps of money for Windows in a basic word processing environment where someone is used to the normal Windows styling/layout. Won't be replacing Windows with it on my main computer anytime soon though. stormdragon (6013)
644851 2008-03-07 04:28:00 Tried it on an old computer but neither liveCD nor HD install worked

I would get the bootscreen and ReactOS logo but after that the computer just locked up with a blank screen

What kind of hardware were you people running it on?
