Any clues on what I could try. I am getting another copy of the DVD (hopefully) in case I have a faulty one. |

I tried the series of "how-to videos" on the April 07 DVD and they wouldn't load either whereas I had no trouble loading them before. It appears something is amiss somewhere. | 643645 | 2008-02-29 22:58:00 | Do they appear in My computer tho?? Try this (www.microsoft.com) If the cd/dvd has a menu, but it doesnt open. Run it then see if it detects any errors, in the 1st screen. If it does let it fix it, then try again. Take the cd/dvd out first. |
