791046 2009-07-12 04:34:00 Some graphic cards are very big,two slot design and come up to the edge of the motherboard etc..

You will want to make sure that the case's harddrive bay with harddrives in it of course do not get in the way or restrict the graphics card before you buy a case.

Alot of older ATX case's will not fit the new big graphic cards thats why ATI and Nvidia have a list of case's on their websites that will fit their graphic cards ie Crossfire compatible,SLI compatible so you know the case will fit your graphic cards even if you dont want to do Crossfire or SLI you will know that the case will fit your new graphic cards.:)

Check out www.pricespy.co.nz for the prices on these graphics cards and other computer parts prices!!!
Just a thought you might you want to check these out as well,if not thats up to you.
ATI Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR 5 graphics card,

791047 2009-07-12 09:47:00 Thanks everyone for your help. I'm considering the Thermaltake V9, seems it's slightly better for the same price and I guess I'll find out if the card will fit when I go to the store. Legend (14668)

791049 2009-07-13 00:21:00 You will be disappointed with the 250 - Get the OC 260, great card. wratterus (105)
791050 2009-07-13 03:00:00 TT V9 is basically TTs version of the Antec 900.

I've heard its a bit flimsy..

791051 2009-07-13 03:07:00 FWIW, the 260 will fit in an Antec Three Hundred - which is a fantastic case. It blocks off one of the HDD bays - but unless you are running 6 internal HDD's it shouldn't be an issue ;) Brooko (8444)
