$5 to get that $44 worth, you'll have to ring up Telecom a number of times, be polite, abuse them, speak to their manager, make threats and then, after they CHARGE you and extra $44 on your account for no reason, make 100 more calls to them.

Oh, and that's only if they fix your phone so you can actually ring them.

Telecom well they need a massive kick up the jacksy big big time.

Try phoning them, they stick you on hold for ages, unlike telecom, where you can get through straight away most of the time. I did investigate telstras cable broadband, and emailed them some questions, but they never got back to me so they didn't get my business. At least with ADSL there is competition in the market, and you can change ADSL providers if you are not happy.
