| 645723 | 2008-03-02 23:14:00 | Can anybody help me contact telstra clear? I am traveling in Australia, and forgot to cancel my telstraclear home account. Yes, the telecom connection was cancelled, but as the telstra was for internet and calls .... I know, stupid. Well tryand contact them from outside NZ, with all contact numbers 050xxxx and they as 0800xx will not work out of NZ. I have found one 09 xxx number but with a "current wait time of 30 - 50 minutes it would be cheaper to leave the accont going for 12 months. Any one know a contact number (09) that is to sales or "new business" as they seam to answer those quicker!!! Look forward o a reply |

| 645725 | 2008-03-02 23:42:00 | If you are in Oz .. that would be (taking pctek's 1st #) +64-9 912 4200 + is Australian's international code which might be 00 or might not be. You then take the 0 out of the Auckland area code. If you have a NZ cellphone, they may work with just 09 912 4200 but it may be $$ being a foreign cellphone but in my experience, it may work, the NZ simcard with roaming can divert the phone and make it international for you. On any cellphone you can simply use the + sign and it would also do the thing, I know in some countries 00 is not always the international code. |

| 645727 | 2008-03-03 02:23:00 | My suggestions (as a non-Telstra user): Option 1) Phone Telstra Australia (local call for you) & ask them how to do what you want. Maybe they can do it for you? Option 2) Email Telstra NZ with your cut-off request. Get the address from Telstra Oz if you can't find it on the web. |
