792758 2009-07-20 03:30:00 Yea im currently on the Big Time plan, speed today has been crazy 700kb speeds which is like omg, so far pretty good i would recommend it if you download or steam video or play online games heaps. On my ps3 online no lagg at all even when im playing on pc and ps3 at the same time amazing. chuanwai (12518)

You will be upgraded to the 20mb capped if you go with telecom calling plan which is 35.50 a month good deal right double the quota

792760 2009-07-20 05:19:00 Aaah but is that kilobits or kilobytes? :D

I've only seen 4 connections ever reach 700KB (Kilobytes), but seen many reach 700kb (kilobits, which = 87.5KB)

Orcon for the win - using DownThemAll I can get over 1mb/sec (byte, not bit) quite frequently. :)

If only though.... :crying

792762 2009-07-20 06:05:00 According to Telecom, I'm scheduled to be connected to a roadside ADSL2+ cabinet in October 2010.

If that significantly boosts speeds and yet Go Large stays on ADSL I will probably switch to Big Time to get ADSL2+ advanges

However, if I changed now I would no doubt get a much better upload rate....

792763 2009-07-20 06:24:00 Yeah my parents get approx 14.5m/bit after I've QoS'd the line, they're stoaked :D

I love Orcon! :)
