Anyone remember that great Brit TV series Danger UXB with Antony Andrews: en.wikipedia.org There was an episode in that where they had to defuse one of these (I think it was the one listed as Seventeen Seconds to Glory on the Wiki page). |

By now, they sold in germany only flatrates Ignoring the freudian slip, the data cap is the maximum amount you can download in a month Once you hit it your internet access is stopped or on some plans downgraded to dialup speed |

| 647888 | 2008-03-13 00:20:00 | Once you hit it your internet access is stopped or on some plans downgraded to dialup speed Something like that is unusual by now. If someone generates to much traffic, you receive a "nice" letter from your provider with the adjuration to swtich the provider. But thats extremly rarely. |

| 647889 | 2008-03-13 19:21:00 | Hello again, good news from the moderators of pcwelt.de : right now they changed the rigid language-rules (www.pcwelt.de) for the thread "Kiwis and Krauts" - www.pcwelt.de You can write in your motherlanguage there. So, if anyone wants to join the pcwelt-forum, you are heartly welcome! - If so, go to pcwelt.de . - There click on "Registrieren". - Next make a tick in the box "Ich habe die Forenregeln..." ("I have read the forumrules and understand them..." - They are quite the same as here) and press the "Registrieren"-Button - Fill in: + "Benutzername" = nickname + "Kennwort" = password + "Kennwort erneut eingeben" = repeat password + "E-mail-Adresse" = email-address + "E-Mail-Adresse erneut eingeben" = repeat email-address - fill in captcha - press button "Registrierung abschicken" (left one below) You will receive an email, which is written in german language. Please post that text here and I will translate it. I can't explain the procedure right now, because I can't do the registration myself. Otherwise I would get a second account, which is not allowed there. But of course I can help further, as soon as I know what is in the mail. My guess: there will just be a link to confirm your intention becoming a member of the pcwelt-forum. Press the link and after another email you will probably be able to login. Regards and good luck! Thor :) |

| 647890 | 2008-03-13 19:48:00 | Hey Hummer or any of the German guys Any part of your forum available in English - my German is just too rusted to even try. I'm sorry, but the rules allow only german language. I will do my best to come to a compromise or an answer with the other mods. There is a good reason for this rule. Some mods are unable to unterstand english speach very well. Referring to this issue i have some good news. There is now an opportunity to post in english speech in our forum. Only in this (www.pcwelt.de) thread, you are aviable to post in english. If you carry out the rules here, you should get in our forum no big problems. Registration: go to: www.pcwelt.de/forum - click "Registrierung" - mark text box - put the button "Registrieren" -fill in: "Benutzername" = nickname "Kennwort" = password "Kennwort erneut eingeben" = repeat password "E-mail-Adresse" = email-address "E-Mail-Adresse erneut eingeben" = repeat email-address - fill in captcha - put the button "Registrierung abschicken" After some minutes you should get an email. click the first link to activate the account or post the content of the message here. Here a link to our rules (209.85.135.104), please read before registration. Avatars: - 50x50px - 10k file size - gifs also allowed Signature: - only intern links are allowed - only 4 rows long Everbody here is cordial welcome! |
