647863 2008-03-12 02:48:00 Is that 16mbit/sec download? What's the data cap?

That sounds very cheap compared to what we pay here.

I dont think they have datacaps on their (flat) plans - similar to xtra's "Go Large (and get less)" plan.

Also similar it seems - How much truth is in it I don't know - hidden data caps!

German forum:

All DSL Providers have Xfer Caps on their unlimited service. However to keep up the appearence of UNLIMITED, they are set high

(Around the 180-200GB Down) and are not published, so you can't contest it. The cap limits have been gatherd by users covertly, who have been kicked off for over use.

647864 2008-03-12 03:14:00 200GB a month @ 16mbps down, and 1mbps up...and a phone line.. for less than $60NZ a month.

A Tui ad springs to mind, if anyone in NZ ever promised that.

German internet FTW! :drool

647867 2008-03-12 07:50:00 ...language in pc-welt is german...
Maybe they will allow english in the "Kiwis mit Kraut" thread.

...our difficulties...
Hehe. Yes, we have many adolescent persons with a different kind of german.

German internet FTW!

Please, Crow, quote completely: you forgot the :D - smilie ... ;)

Btw.: is it possible to allow english language in the pcwelt-thread "Kiwis & Krauts"? This may give the opportunity to our friends from New Zealand to post there, too. *please* :)

647869 2008-03-12 10:02:00 Peepoll, it is time for Blitzkrieg when English language support is finally enabled there! :p :D Renmoo (66)
647870 2008-03-12 11:16:00  :ban :p.

But the guys in NZ are for the time quite busy.
Although only two sub-forums, but NZ is now not so great.
Until now only 2 ambassador (moderators???) there from here.
Really thin commitment.

Uuups.
Wrong Translation!
"groß/gross" means in that context "large" not "great"
NZ is of course great.

Gruss
Hummer

647871 2008-03-12 11:18:00 Population of Germany: 82,500,000
Population of NZ: 4,250,000
So 82 divided by 4 is about 20.5, call it 20, so for each one member here, there should be 20 members in your forum.
You have 237,854 members, we have 14,846.
Call it 237,800 and 14,800.
237,800 dived by 14,800 = 16.068.
So the ratio of people in the country to people registered on the PC World forum is greater in this country.

I will do my best to come to a compromise or an answer with the other mods.
There is a good reason for this rule. Some mods are unable to unterstand english speach very well.

200GB a month @ 16mbps down, and 1mbps up...and a phone line.. for less than $60NZ a month.
I'm forget my rate contains also an handy flat (mobile phone [also only for german landline]).
How much you have to pay for your broadband connection?
