| 1441820 | 2017-11-10 23:26:00 | Another one for you more experienced guys. I placed an order on the 3rd Nov. It shows as payment received but not dispatched. It will be automatically cancelled in three days if not dispatched by then. My previous item was dispatched within 12 hrs. I contacted the seller on the 9th but have had no reply. I contacted the site by chat yesterday but they didn't appear to understand. Saying not to be concerned, that some deliveries take longer than others. Should I assume from that, the item has actually been dispatched, but is not showing up as such on my purchases. |

| 1441821 | 2017-11-10 23:36:00 | I have not always had a good experience with them. Bought an item one time, then seller contacted and said they wanted more money. I cancelled and selected the "seller increased price" reason from selection. From then on, there was a fight. Seller wouldn't refund, customer service from Ali was incredibly bad and went round and round for ages. In the end I threatened them both with Visa and they finally refunded and left my reason as is. I found the rubbish you have to go through with Alis CS team incredible and **** useless. |

A week went by and still showing as not processed, contacted the seller, who said it had been sent only the tracking wasn't updated. Item still arrived as it shoudl, and checking on the item to say it had arrived, it still showed as waiting to be shipped, till the following day. Wish.com are better if you need to contact them esp with refunds. |

They get it in as required, or have it sent direct from the manufacturer also, I think 11/11 may be a Ch holiday ? , and were plenty of online sales on 11/11 . So expect some delays in getting it sent . Can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for delivery (for me average of 4 weeks on the cheaper stuff) Ive had one delivery take 3 months :-0 . |
