1441120 2017-10-26 00:58:00 This is not just a computer orientated thread of failed products, but others as well. Is anyone here old enough to remember the launch in NZ of Lucky Ale, Lucky Lager and Lucky Stout? They were awful and lasted only a few weeks before being scrapped. I believe the brewery ( can't remember which one now ) paid heaps for the Lucky trademark from Hawaii I think it was.

Like to submit your own memory of a failed product?

1441124 2017-10-26 03:06:00 Wheedle, the Trade Me killer... They should have known that security should not be last on the to do list. It had potential.

Michael Hill Shoes because now you can give them new shoes while you are on your knees.

There's limited edition products that are used to test the waters but can say they obviously need a test group of actual consumers. I like trying NEW but if it doesn't make me feel great, it doesn't get tried again.

1441125 2017-10-26 03:11:00 Harleys beer, brewed in Nelson. I still shudder when i think about it. Many of the older Nelson readers would remember it. It certainly used to clean the system out. lol. BobM (1138)

1441128 2017-10-26 04:25:00 "Lucky" beer I agree with. If you didn't have an internal disorder before drinking it, you certainly had one after. NZ Breweries in Khyber Pass Road from memory?

Surely any beer from 'up the Khyber' would be suspect? :D
