| 1440356 | 2017-10-08 22:48:00 | Does anyone know how to ask a question on Steam because I got blowed out of all my games? I spend hours on Steam and got a dozen codes and two dozen run arounds | lostsoul62 (16011) | ||

| 1440360 | 2017-10-09 01:07:00 | I've been on steam for 10 years only to find out that my email they were using was the one I had 10 years ago and now I have another one which I have had for 7 years. I moved 4 months ago keeping the same email. I went on my 2nd computer for the first time in about 6 months and play my game Rage and then I went back to my regular computer and there wanted a password which I had 10 years ago. So I can no longer play any of my games because I had to change my username and password. I even tried to re-load Rage but couldn't because it belongs to someone else which is me. I got my main computer back on Steam but can't play any of my games. | lostsoul62 (16011) | ||

I had an almost identical situation, except I hadn't used my steam account for five years, so couldn't recall my username. They were really good about it. It was sorted in under four hours. I just had to provide my old email addresses and describe the games I had. Then provide a receipt I found on an old email (email backups saved me there) |
