1440277	2017-10-06 22:53:00	Hi guys. A few days ago a sodden updated stuffed my system, again and had you use MS system reload. All seemed to go well but I cant get the HDMI to my telly working. Tried updating drives and moving the HDMI on the telly, but still not working. Please help, as I'm disabled it more easier on Telly.	ianhnz (4263)
1440278	2017-10-06 23:29:00	Have you tried going to the manufactures site and downloading the drivers for your computer ? The windows ones may not be complete. Also have a look under the device manager to see if there are any expanded devices missing drivers or with an Explanation mark on them.	wainuitech (129)

Had a look underneath and that was no help. I did Google it, but was no help, said run System update and thats been siting on about 2% all day	ianhnz (4263)

They are generally in one of two places, either on a sticker on the underside, or in the battery compartment, which requires the battery to be removed to view. This all changes if its one of the HP Laptops that has an inbuilt battery. Depending on what version of Windows will depend on how long it takes to download & if by ethernet or wireless ( never do an upgrade by wireless) it WILL often stop. If it's been put back to an earlier version then it has to upgrade as well. To tell what you have, on the search type in winver, select it - the current is 1703 Build 15063.XXX the x's will change as newer updates come through. What exactly do you mean by a "reload" Was the HDD wiped totally removing everything and windows reinstalled from fresh or a reset ( two different things) ? Whats showing in the device manager - any thing not installed /Expanded ?	wainuitech (129)

1440286	2017-10-07 21:02:00	The HDMI are built into the graphic Drivers. They will load along with the rest if HDMI is in the Computer ( which it is) 8330 If you click on the Details button on the left you will see everything thats included.	wainuitech (129)
