:o Its a Standard (most common computer) USB cable. Most printers don't come with one, as 99% of the time they're the wrong length.

This is what you are looking for.

1441049 2017-10-25 04:12:00 Its a Orcon modem.... for fibre... Fritz!box7490 beetle (243)
1441050 2017-10-25 04:25:00 Looks like this is the ip address for that modem (en.avm.de)

I would say the ip address for the printer isnt 192.168.178.xxx It maybe 192.168.1.x or other

Is this Fritzbox a modem as well as a router?

Do other wireless devices work? Like smartphones / whatever? If you've connected them to the wireless on the Fritzbox?
Speedy Gonzales (78)
1441051 2017-10-25 04:29:00 Um I would say its a modem and we have a router..... theres two boxes on the wall............ masses of cables :D

1441052 2017-10-25 04:36:00 See if WPS works then. Looks like both the printer and that Fritzbox have a button. Altho, it's not the safest method Speedy Gonzales (78)
