| 794150 | 2009-07-22 10:18:00 | Hi there, My computer has just effectively, without any confirmation of mine, deleted all of my files from my computer (all user profiles) and restored all of the XP settings to default. All program files are still working, though. My entire iTunes library has gone, as well as my files of my own. Any ideas as to why this may of occurred, or how to get these files back? |

| 794152 | 2009-07-22 10:21:00 | All of the user accounts have had the same thing happen to them; no folders anywhere other than the default XP folders. (My pictures, My music etc.) | George15 (15112) | ||
| 794153 | 2009-07-22 10:22:00 | As blam6 said, check C:\Documents and Settings and see if there are any other user profiles in there. If there are then have a look in the My Documents folder and all your data should be there. |

| 794156 | 2009-07-22 10:31:00 | Could have been malware, disk corruption, profile corrupted etc | Blam (54) | ||
