We now wish to blow away the contents and start afresh, but with the following provisos : 1. We wish to Export all customisations for importing into the clean database... I think I can see how to do this. 2. We want to export all the current data on the basis that we may wish to re-import parts of it. Is there a simple way to do this? I am unfamiliar with CRM, so am hoping that there is a very straightforward solution ..... |
