| 793385 | 2009-07-20 13:00:00 | Help!! Turned on PC this morning and it starts up, goes to "loading your personnal settings" then Im left with a blank blue screen which doesnt show anything. I am the administrator and there are no other users on the PC. There is no task bar either, just a blank screen. Ive checked all my plugs etc. Ive also tried starting in safe mode a dozen times by pressing F8 but it wont start up that way. Any help greatly appreciated Its win xp by the way! |

Ive tried starting in safe mode by pressing F8 AND also by trying to select safe mode from the menu when it starts to boot up but the arrow keys dont seem to work when im on that screen so i cant select it. |
