I'm biased - Q6600 is a no brainer OC - 3 Ghz without breaking a sweat. More if you want to push it with a good after-market cooler.

However, if you are not planning to OC then go for the Q8200 because its quieter, uses the newer 45nm, and because of this runs quite cool too.
