| 794527 | 2009-07-23 10:52:00 | Firefox is a browser. If you are using this and it works then you are connected to the Internet and there should be no dial up connection established. Are you using a dialup connection to the internet? ISP? An Email connection running in the background may cause this as well. Dropping out every 20 minutes as some can try to dial then hang up. More info needed by me anyway. |

| 794531 | 2009-07-23 11:36:00 | But if you normally connect to the net via dial up then change to a router then your computer is at fault. Have a look at control panel and look at internet connections. What is the default? Looks like you need to set up the network properly. |
