Had a couple of minor hiccups this morning, but not very exciting.

So did you ring the help desk?

Did you read any of the previous posts by Bletch? The helpdesk crashed at first and then randomly called him back.

In all likelyhood, its completely inundated by confused customers. And it works now, why bother? There will probably be a explanation sometime later.

651694 2008-03-22 23:40:00 www.xnet.co.nz - was caused by a core hardware failure. More details in the Geekzone thread I posted earlier, page 2. Erayd (23)

I was going to, but they seemed to have got it all working without my help, so I didn't bother. ;)

651698 2008-03-23 03:32:00 Here it went down from 10.20/30 till 2.30. Didnt work on dialup either.

Even if you connected you couldnt go anywhere

Youre right helpdesk werent there, soon after it happened their lines must have been affected as well.

You got the no such # sound. For 10-15 mins
