| 652654 | 2008-03-29 03:03:00 | Think whatever you like which will not change the fact and reality that both Tibet & Taiwan are part of China. Whether you like it or not. Ah, thanks for the laughs BK T. Everytime I'm working on something and I can't quite grasp a concept, I come and read your comments to assure myself "There are many many other people who don't even get basic concepts such as human rights and democracy and sovereignty of nations" |

| 652655 | 2008-03-29 05:12:00 | .. "Officially" they are not a soverign state as China has bullied the international community into their 'one-China' line, ... What a joke! "China has bullied the international community into their 'one-China' line"? Is China that powerfull? I wish it is. The Chinese people from all over the world would be very thankfull if the West don't bully China! China has been bullied by the West left and right untill recently; and the West is still trying to bully. |

The US of A and President Bush all agreed that Taiwan is part of China. At last we have something in common. |

Everytime I'm working on something and I can't quite grasp a concept, I come and read your comments to assure myself "There are many many other people who don't even get basic concepts such as human rights and democracy and sovereignty of nations" 'Human Rights and Democracy'? The Western set of value is totally different from the Oriental set of value. Former Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Kuan Yew has pointed out this many, many years ago but I did not agree with him at that time, untill I came to New Zealand 20 years ago. I now fully agree with his view that: "we cannot copy blindly the Western model of Human Rights and Democracy and apply it in our society" (not the exact wordings but something to that effect.) |

You just need to look at how peacefull protesters are treated when Chinees dignatries are in NZ. If you dislike the western ways so much you are welcome to return. |
